Exile Resources Announces Board Additions
TORONTO, Dec. 7 /CNW/ - Exile Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ERI) ("Exile" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the additions of Mr. Ahmed Said and Mr. Stan Bharti to its board of directors.
As was contemplated in the announcement on October 25, 2010, Mr. Roderick de Courcy-Ireland and Mr. John Orange have resigned from the Company's Board of Directors and have been replaced by Mr. Ahmed Said and Mr. Stan Bharti. Mr. Said is the CEO of Forbes Energy Group which, among others, includes Vast Exploration, Longford Energy and Sagres Energy. Mr. Bharti is the CEO of Forbes & Manhattan and has been involved over the past 25 years in the creation, acquisition, restructuring and financing of resource companies. Mr. Bharti has been appointed non-executive Chairman of the Company.
