Exile Resources Inc. Announces New Investor Relations Initiatives

TORONTO, May 10 /CNW/ - Exile Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ERI) ("Exile" or the "Company") announced today that it has taken new investor relations initiatives by retaining The Equicom Group Inc. ("Equicom") to provide strategic investor relations and communications services, and the RB Milestone Group LLC ("RBMG") to provide an interactive investor relations Portal page for the Company.

Equicom provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries. Under the terms of the agreement, Exile will pay Equicom a monthly fee of $5,000 for select strategic communication services. The initial contract term is six months and commences immediately.

Neither Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in Exile or its securities, nor has the Company granted Equicom or its principals any rights to acquire any such interests. Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Inc.

RBMG will be creating an interactive Portal page for Exile, which will assist the Company with its day-to-day IR functions amongst its existing shareholders and appropriate Portal members.
