EXO U signs European distribution agreement with Genee World
New solution lets teachers quickly share instructional content in classrooms with any combination of devices and operating systems, with or without Internet access
MONTREAL, Feb. 3, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - EXO U Inc. ("EXO U") (TSXV: EXO) the developer of the Ormi Mobile Engagement Platform, today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement (the "Agreement") with Genee World Ltd. based out of Wolverhampton, England. The Agreement, effective as of February 2, 2016, enables the distribution of the Ormi software platform with Genee World's technology solutions for kindergarten – Grade 12 (K-12) higher education, and corporate.
The Agreement sets forth the pricing, support and maintenance services to be provided by EXO U and provides for joint sales and marketing efforts through Genee World's established network of resellers with a proven track record of success in the European education markets. EXO U appoints Genee World as the exclusive reseller of Ormi in Europe. Genee World may sell, market and distribute licenses of the Ormi software on a stand-alone basis or together with Genee World products in Europe. This agreement initially provides that every large format interactive screen sold by Genee World is bundled with a classroom license of EXO U and in subsequent years moves to a subscription service where by EXO U and Genee World will share revenue from the classroom license renewals.
