Expert fraud investigator says Tim Hudak should have been Premier in 2011
TORONTO, June 9, 2014 /CNW/ - Expert fraud investigator Gerry Jutsun, President of FSI Fraud Security Investigations, states that he disclosed a major fraud in February 2011 to Premier hopeful Tim Hudak, and had that fraud been made public, Tim Hudak would have been the Premier in the October 2011 provincial election and not Dalton McGuinty.
The matter at hand was a serious fraud pertaining to court improprieties with the imposition of Plaintiffs being entered into court and receiving judgments, where Jutsun believes the Plaintiffs are either fictitious, deceased and/or can't be found. Jutsun had contacted the former Attorney General of Ontario, Chris D. Bentley, and informed him of serious anomalies occurring, and that Mr. Bentley should engage the OPP to commence an investigation, under the stewardship of then-Commissioner Chris Lewis.
In response, the Attorney General directed Mr. Jutsun to police authorities to review his concerns, although nothing was executed and is still before them. Since 2011, the matter has escalated and is still before the courts with judgments issued and seminal decisions about to be made. Mr. Bentley shortly recused himself thereafter as the Attorney General of Ontario and then resigned from politics altogether.
In February 2011, Mr. Jutsun personally met with Tim Hudak and jokingly referred to him as Premier Hudak, telling him that he was going to give Hudak the "premiership on a silver platter". Tim Hudak joked and responded, "I'll take all the help that I can get!" The matter was referred to party officials, but never became public and no investigation was ever conducted by the Liberal government.
Jutsun pursued the case independently and managed to engage the assistance of the late Peter Worthington, co-founder of the Toronto Sun. Worthington conducted his own research and concluded that a serious breach and fraud had been imposed upon the courts. Unfortunately, his story was never made public and he died shortly thereafter. The matter escalated even further when the case was given to media in October 2011, and within 4 days of release, Dalton McGuinty announced his resignation on Monday, October 15, 2011. Jutsun believes it was this profound case, which he calls "Miltongate", that was the motivation for McGuinty to resign, and not personal reasons as he stated.
The case is at a climactic conclusion and more seminal court decisions are pending release this month. Jutsun is emphatic that the case is profound and seminal, and had it been fully investigated and disclosed by the McGuinty government, the voting public would have swung its votes towards Tim Hudak as Premier.
"The nature of this fraud is widespread and systemic, and Mr. Hudak would have won the Premiership in 2011 if the Government had brought these frauds to light. That mistake should not happen again in this election, as Tim Hudak will be denied the Premiership again and which is rightfully his by law," said Jutsun.
Jutsun will be further elaborating on this Government fraud and others at a Press Conference on Monday, June 9th, to be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto, Forest Hill Room (4th floor) beginning at 1 p.m. The Press Conference is open to members of the press, media and public.
