Extract Resources - Notification of Resignation - Mr Stephen Dattels

SYDNEY NSW, AUSTRALIA, April 8 /CNW/ - Extract Resources Limited ("Extract" or "the Company") has today been advised that Polo Resources Limited nominated representative, Mr Stephen Dattels, will resign from his position as a non-executive director of Extract, effective immediately. Polo Resources Limited intends to make an announcement in due course.

Extract Chairman, Mr Stephen Galloway, would like to thank Mr Dattels for his contribution to the Board over the last year.
