Extreme Fitness and Mirvish Productions invite you to experience an exclusive
"Burn the Floor" dance workout
TORONTO, April 15 /CNW/ - Extreme Fitness has teamed up with Mirvish Productions to bring Robin Windsor and Ash Leigh Hunter, dancers with the hit Broadway show "Burn the Floor" to teach a high-energy/high-impact Latin dance workout to Extreme Fitness members and the media.
The one-hour group fitness style dance class will take place at Extreme Fitness, 319 Yonge Street, on Wednesday April 21 at 6:00pm. Participants of the class will learn just what it takes to perform the kinds of moves you've seen on hit shows like "So You Think You Can Dance."
"With dancing shows being so popular on TV, this special class is a great way to experience what it really takes to be a professional dancer," says Jacque Walters, VP of Group Fitness at Extreme Fitness. "Performance dancers are amongst the most well-conditioned athletes and incorporating their disciplines into your usual fitness routine is a fantastic way to get in shape and have fun."

About the instructors:
ASH LEIGH HUNTER - Dancer
Ash Leigh began taking classes when she was five years old. She was an Australian Junior Dance Champion, Australia 10 Dance Champion and represented Australia at the World Amateur 10 Dance Championships. In 2009, Ash Leigh was a finalist on the Australian TV show So You Think You Can Dance. She first joined Burn The Floor in 2002.
ROBIN WINDSOR - Dance Captain
Original Broadway cast member, Burn The Floor (2009). Robin began ballroom dancing at the age of three, representing England all over the world. In 2002 Robin chose the stage, joining Burn The Floor to "showcase to the world what ballroom dancing is really all about."
