Faircourt Asset Management Inc. Announces Final Distribution from Faircourt Resource Fund Limited Partnership

TORONTO, Dec. 23, 2013 /CNW/ - Faircourt Asset Management Inc, as Manager for the Faircourt Resource Fund Limited Partnership (the "Fund") today announces that further to the press release dated December 4^th, 2013 whereby the Manager announced its intention to wind up the Fund, the final distribution from the Fund will be made on or about December 27^th, 2013.  The limited partners of the Fund will receive $7.2771 per unit held. Following the distribution, the Fund will be wound up and the partnership dissolved.
