TORONTO, Dec. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Faircourt Asset Management Inc. (the "Manager"), as Manager of Faircourt Exploration Flow-Through 2010 Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") announced today that the Partnership has completed the disposition of its remaining illiquid asset. As a result, the Manager intends to dissolve the Partnership effective December 31, 2013.
