Fallsview Casino Sweeps TV Advertising Awards
Three Fallsview commercials selected as top choices by American Gaming Association
NIAGARA FALLS, ON, Nov. 18 /CNW/ - It was a clean sweep for Fallsview Casino at this year's AGA Communications Awards ceremony in Las Vegas, which recognizes outstanding achievement in advertising and corporate communications in the global gaming industry. Fallsview took the top three spots in the category Best Broadcast Advertisement - Television for their commercials, with "Lucky Streak" taking first place. The commercials named "Boss" and "Relaxed Wife" round out the top three.
Fallsview Casino Resort partnered with GJP Advertising & Design to create and execute the award-winning commercials. The premise of each of the commercials was to communicate all the unique benefits that Fallsview Casino has to offer its customers and portray it in a charming and humourous way that is relatable to customers. Each of the scenarios that were recognized depicts everyday people and shows how something in their lives has changed since visiting Fallsview Casino, or how "the feeling lives on".
"In the world of broadcast clutter, we all know it can be very difficult to make an impression on customer and industry critics," said Larry Gregson, VP Marketing. "Our partnership with GJP has certainly set the bar for others in years to come. Taking the top three awards for Best Broadcast Advertisement - Television is extremely gratifying."
The awards were presented at a luncheon honouring all Gaming Voice award winners on Wednesday,
November 17th in Las Vegas, in conjunction with the Global Gaming Expo.
Fallsview Casino can include this nod of approval with a number of other awards recently received including
Four-Diamond designation for the property's hotel and two fine dining restaurants, 17 Noir and Ponte Vecchio.
Built on a cliff overlooking the world-famous Horseshoe Falls, Fallsview Casino Resort is the largest and most elegant gaming resort facility in Canada and the crown jewel in Niagara's stunning array of wonders.
