FAM Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Election of Trustees and Voting Results from 2014 Annual Meeting of Unitholders

TORONTO, May 21, 2014 /CNW/ - FAM Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: F.UN) (TSX: F.WT) is pleased to announce that each of the trustee nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 21, 2014 for the annual meeting of unitholders of the REIT (the "Circular") held today (the "Annual Meeting") were elected as trustees of the REIT. Voting results for the individual trustees of the REIT are as follows:

All other matters set out in the Circular were approved by the requisite majority of the unitholders at the Annual Meeting. Final results on all matters voted at the Annual Meeting will be filed shortly with the Canadian securities regulators.
