Fashion and style icon interviews local communities of Vaughan
TORONTO
,
Sept. 30
/CNW Telbec/ - As part of an ongoing initiative to promote the recent
$46 million
expansion and renovation of Cadillac Fairview's Promenade Shopping Centre; Fashion TV's
Mary Kitchen
will be on location
Thursday, October 1st
throughout the Vaughan community. As Promenade's "Fashion Guru", Mary will be traveling around Vaughan alongside her fashion ambassadors to distribute lucky passersby with Promenade mall gift cards ranging from a
$10 to $100
value and promote Jeans n' Jewels.
"Promenade Shopping Centre has so much to offer from high end, to fashion forward and stylish clothing. I have had so much fun getting to know the Vaughan community and meeting many local shoppers. From affordable to higher end brands, Promenade is the perfect one stop shop for families and fashionistas alike," stated
Mary Kitchen
.
Thursday's taping for "Promenade TV" with Mary will be a precursor to Jeans n' Jewels being held at Promenade on
Sunday, October 4
from 7-9 PM. As part of an initiative designed to raise money for the City of Vaughan Communities In Bloom program, Promenade will donate proceeds raised from the silent art auction. The event will allow guests to shop after hours and have the opportunity to benefit from shops offering a one-night-only discount on selected merchandise.
Promenade has recently undergone a major facelift that has transformed the shopping centre into a stylish, family-friendly shopping destination. Improvements include a complete aesthetic redesign, exciting new retailers, updated food court and focus on customer service. These elements have revitalized the mall with the goal of appealing to a wide spectrum of age groups and style preferences.
