NEW HEATHER'S PICKS & INDIGO SPOTLIGHT
Indigo CEO and Chief Booklover, Heather Reisman's latest Heather's Pick is The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd:
What is it like to be a slave? And what is it like for a morally conscious young woman to live in a society built around the evil of slavery? These are the pivotal questions which inspire the Invention of Wings – the beautiful and tender new novel by Sue Monk Kidd.
The Indigo Spotlight program introduces readers to a new standout title every month selected and curated by our expert book buyers. We're pleased to announce that February's Indigo Spotlight title is Red Rising by Pierce Brown. Brown's relentlessly entertaining debut channels the excitement of The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card.
