Federal Government's Proposed Criminal Code Amendments - Expert Comment Available
TORONTO, Nov. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health's forensic mental health expert Dr. Sandy Simpson is available to give follow up interviews on Professor Ian Hunter's analysis of the federal government's proposed changes to the NCR (not criminally responsible) system, addressing the issues from a clinical and systems perspective.
