TORONTO, Aug. 16 /CNW/ - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating Stephen PECKHAM, a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his breach of Parole.

Stephen PECKHAM is serving a 7 year, 2 month sentence for robbery. He is described as a 48 year old white male, 6' (183 cm's), 207 lbs, (94 kgs.) brown eyes and long grey hair with a grey goatee or fumanchu style mustache.

Stephen PECKHAM has numerous tattoos on his chest, back and both arms. He also has visable tattoos on both sides of his neck where the words "Dylan" and "Robert" are clearly displayed.

Stephen PECKHAM has been known to frequent Hamilton and is possibly in the Greater Toronto area.
