Federal institutions must hire more English-speaking Quebecers
MONTREAL, Nov. 2 /CNW Telbec/ - The Quebec Community Groups Network welcomes the publication of the second volume of the Commissioner of Official Languages Graham Fraser's 2009-2010 annual report, Beyond Obligations, which examines how federal institutions are complying with the Official Languages Act.
The English-speaking Community of Quebec shares the Commissioner's concerns regarding the efforts of federal institutions to ensure that positive measures are taken for the implementation of the Government of Canada's commitments under the Official Languages Act.
