TORONTO, May 3, 2017 /CNW/ - Federal government recruiters are inviting job seekers to learn more about the different roles that help keep Canadians safe.
The Federal Safety, Security and Intelligence career fair is taking place in Toronto, at the Joseph Shepard building, 4900 Yonge Street from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission is free.
The recruiting fair is hosted by employees from the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA), Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Communications Security Establishment (CSE), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and Public Safety Canada (PSC).
The event was organized to specifically attract those who are seeking careers in public safety or who want to speak one-on-one with recruiters and subject matter experts from these fields.
Many job seekers are often surprised to learn about the variety of roles available, the career development options and the wide array of benefits – just to name a few.
