Fiber Optic Systems Technology, Inc. Announces Grant of Options

TORONTO, Oct 6 /CNW/ - Fiber Optic Systems Technology, Inc. ("FOX-TEK" or the "Corporation") would like to announce that it has granted an aggregate 11,250,000 stock options to various directors, officers and employees of the Corporation. Each option is exercisable at $0.085 per common share and is exercisable at any time until October 6, 2013.

FOX-TEK develops non-intrusive asset health monitoring sensor systems for the oil and gas market to help operators track the thinning of pipelines and refinery vessels due to corrosion/erosion, strain due to bending/buckling, and process pressure and temperature.
