Fidus named a National Capital Region Top Employer

The program's selection process examines a wide range of employer information including physical workplace, work atmosphere, employee benefits, training and skills development, and community involvement. Applicants are then compared to similar organizations in their field to determine which provides the most forward thinking programs. This year the selection committee chose a total of 25 companies.
