Fiera Capital Corporation announces closing of acquisition of Canadian Wealth Management

MONTREAL and CALGARY, Nov. 30, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera" or the "Firm") announced today the closing of the acquisition of Canadian Wealth Management Group Inc. ("Canadian Wealth Management" or "CWM") from Société Générale Private Banking, which was previously announced on October 4, 2012. CWM, a leading integrated wealth management boutique serving clients in western Canada for over 30 years, manages assets for high net worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations. The CWM operations will be fully integrated into Fiera Capital Private Wealth's existing business.

The transaction has been approved by regulatory authorities and has satisfied other customary conditions.
