Fiera Capital, as manager of the mutual funds, regularly conducts reviews of its product shelf to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of advisors and investors.

The following changes have been made in the Fiera Capital Mutual Funds' simplified prospectus.
Lower Management Fee on Series F
Fiera Capital has lowered management fees on Series F for the following funds:

These lower Management Fees are expected to result in lower Series F Management Expense Ratios (MERs) for the above-mentioned funds. These reductions are effective since August 29, 2017.
Fund name changes
The following funds have been renamed. Fiera Capital believes the new fund names more clearly reflect the funds' investment mandate.
