Fiera Quantum Limited Partnership transfers the portfolio management of the Fiera Quantum Income Opportunities Fund to Fiera Capital Corporation

TORONTO and MONTREAL, Dec. 30, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Quantum Limited Partnership ("FQLP"), the investment fund manager and portfolio manager of the Fiera Quantum Income Opportunities Fund (the "Fund"), announces that it has entered into a sub-adviser agreement with Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital") pursuant to which it delegated all the portfolio management activities of the Fund to Fiera Capital.

This change follows the transfer of the lead portfolio manager of the Fund, Angus Rogers, from FQLP to Fiera Capital, effective December 30, 2015, subsequent to an internal reorganization of affiliate activities. As such, Angus Rogers will continue to be the lead portfolio manager for the Fund, on a sub-advisory basis for FQLP, and will now be able to draw upon Fiera Capital's broad portfolio management expertise and resources.
