Dragonette performs for 1,000 Guests and Wedding Crashers at the Capitol Event Theatre

TORONTO, Oct 1 /CNW/ - Tonight, 1,000 people including wedding crashers will celebrate the wedding of Michele Oxley and Shawn Long, the winning couple of the Carlsberg Big Wedding Bash contest at the Capitol Event Theatre in Toronto.

What:	The Carlsberg Big Wedding Bash (www.bigweddingbash.ca) was a month long online contest which has resulted in the Aurora, Ontario couple winning a $100,000 wedding including their event venue, attire for themselves and their entire wedding party, wedding rings, a live performance by Canadian sensation Dragonette, Carlsberg beer to serve on the big day and much more. Wedding crashers are also invited to attend the event. Doors will be open to those of legal drinking age who want to crash, up until the venue reaches capacity.
Why:	Meet real wedding crashers at this wedding where 1,000 people are expected to attend. Meet the winning couple that chose to enter this contest to win a Carlsberg-themed wedding. Get a bird's eye view of the entire wedding experience, including filming, photography and interview opportunities during every step of the evening's event including the live performance from the band Dragonette and the antics of MC Todd Shapiro of 102.1 The Edge.
Who:	Interviews can be arranged in advance or on site with the winning couple, Michelle Oxley and Shawn Long and Becky Kwaitkowski, Brands Marketing Manager at Carlsberg. Members of the wedding party, family and wedding crashers will also be on hand.
