RAWDON, QC, Sept. 16 /CNW Telbec/ - A fire has heavily damaged our store in Rawdon overnight. Fortunately, there are no injuries to report, no one was in the store at the time of the fire. The store however is closed.
The Rawdon store had been renovated in 2007 according to new Home Hardware standards. It will be rebuilt as soon as possible. Our lumber yard was not affected by the fire. We are currently assessing the possiblility of reopening this part of our store. Employement for the 35 employees will be maintained.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to our clients. In the meantime, our clients can get their needs met north of Rawdon at the Saint-Donat store, or south of Rawdon at our store in l'Epiphanie.
