Fire incident at Productions Maraîchères Mailhot will not affect the availability of Arctic Gardens and Bonduelle products
MONTREAL, Sept. 20, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Bonduelle confirms that, despite an unfortunate fire that took place last night in Productions Maraîchères Mailhot's vegetable warehouse, the availability of Arctic Gardens frozen broccoli and cauliflower, as well as all other brands produced by Bonduelle, will not be reduced. Other sources of supply will compensate for the volume of lost vegetables.
"We deeply regret the situation and the impacts caused by this fire. Our team is currently on the scene with Marcel Mailhot, the producer, to evaluate the situation and find solutions to resume all activities as quickly as possible, in particular recovering product that is still in the fields," declared Christian Malenfant, vice-president of marketing at Bonduelle.
