Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces Completion of Early Redemption of 5.40% Debentures

TORONTO, Dec. 27, 2018 /CNW/ - Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX: FC) is pleased to announce that it has completed the early redemption (the "Redemption") and cancellation of its outstanding 5.40% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures, which were scheduled to mature on February 28, 2019 (the "Debentures").
Pursuant to the Redemption, the Debentures were redeemed for cash and will cease trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FC.DB.B, subsequent to the date hereof.
