First Asset Announces Risk Rating Changes for Two Mutual Funds

("First Asset") announced today that the risk ratings of certain of its mutual funds ("Funds") have changed as described in the table below. The changes will be reflected in the Funds' prospectus and fund facts that will be filed on or about May 8, 2019. The risk rating changes are based on the methodology mandated by the Canadian Securities Administrators and are not a result of any changes to the investment objectives, strategies or management of the Funds.
