TORONTO, Dec. 8, 2014 /CNW/ - First Asset Pipes & Power Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: EWP.UN) announces that the special meeting of the unitholders of the Fund called to approve certain amendments to the Fund's declaration of trust in order to approve the conversion of the Fund from a closed-end fund to an actively managed exchange-traded fund, and certain other changes to the investment objectives, strategies and restrictions of the Fund, has been adjourned to Thursday, December 18, 2014.
