First Star Resources Board of Directors Enhances Its International
Representation

VANCOUVER, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - First Star Resources Inc. (TSX-V: FS) (the "Company") wishes to announce the reorganization of the Board, as part of the company's ongoing business plan. Effective immediately as a per a Board meeting held Monday November 1 2010.
The new board is as follows:
Mr. Bill Wishart as Chairman, Mr. John Campbell CEO, Mr. Robert Gardner, QC, President and CFO. Mr Brian R. D. Smith, QC as director. The board also welcomes Mr. Chenguang Jiang as a director.
Mr. Jiang has been extremely active in completing due diligence on resources opportunities throughout North America, he has been instrumental in facilitating introductions between parties, both public and private, from Main Land China interested in the resources sector. Mr. Jiang recently returned from a trip to First Star's properties in Alaska during the company's drilling program. As a result, Mr Jiang has been appointed to the board, and is now VP of Finance China.
Both Mr Jiang and Mr Campbell the CEO, are currently in Alaska attending the 2010 Alaska Miners Association Convention, where Dr. Karsten Eden, who is the qualified person and the VP of exploration will be giving presentations on First Star's recently drilled LMS project.
