Firstfund Reports 2021 Second Quarter Results

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 30, 2021 /CNW/ - The financial results of Consolidated Firstfund Capital Corp. (TSXV: FFP) (the "Company" or "Firstfund") for the three months ended June 30, 2021 show a net loss of $1,086,049 or $0.17 per share (2020 - net income of $677,955 or $0.11 per share). The Company recorded an unrealized net loss of $1,086,344 (2020 - unrealized net gain of $665,824) on the revaluation of the investments in Vitality Products Inc. (TSXV: VPI) measured at fair value through profit or loss. The Company's fee income decreased to $75,182 for the three months ended June 30, 2021 (2020 - $84,656).
