FNR Energy Limited Partnerships announce resignation of director/audit committee member and election of new director/appointment of new audit committee member

SASKATOON, Nov. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Rick Wingate, President and Chief Executive Officer for each of FNR Energy Limited Partnership, FNR Energy II Limited Partnership and FNR Energy III Limited Partnership (collectively, the "FNR Energy Group"), is pleased to announce Blair Rosquist has been appointed to the boards of directors and appointed to the audit committees for each of the partnerships in the FNR Energy Group effective November 16, 2012.

Mr. Rosquist has over 24 years of diverse geological experience with Artek Exploration Ltd., Ketch Resources Ltd., ARC Resources Ltd., Startech Energy Inc., Renaissance Energy Limited and Esso Resources Canada Ltd..  He is currently Vice President of Geology and Geophysics with Conserve Oil Corporation, a private oil and gas company.

Mr. Rosquist will replace Bradley R. Munro who has served on the boards of directors and the audit committees of each member of the FNR Energy Group since their respective inceptions. The FNR Energy Group extends its sincere thanks to Mr. Munro for all of his hard work during his tenures on each of the boards.
