Following its successful first year, Snow Village returns this Winter, with a Cool "New York, New York" Twist!

MONTREAL, Oct. 24, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Hot on the heels of a highly successful first year, promoters Carl Fugère, Guy Bélanger and Yanick Tremblay are pleased to announce that Snow Village Canada will be back again this winter—with a whole new twist!

Having paid tribute to the city of Montreal last winter, the village now turns its sights to New York—a city that's sure to provide the Village's architects and sculptors with endless inspiration. The preopening is scheduled for January 4, 2013; the official grand opening takes place two weeks later.

Snow lovers will also be happy to hear that Environment Canada is calling for a more "traditional" winter, after last year's exceptionally mild weather. "We can't wait for it to snow," the promoters say. "We have so many great ideas for our second Snow Village, and there will be a ton of surprises—even for regulars from last year. Visually, it will be spectacular."

And that's not all. This year, the Village will also be opening an ice restaurant in Laval.

Snow Village Canada is a unique hotel experience, gastronomic adventure and hub of urban, cultural, sports and family entertainment and activities—all rolled into one.
