Quotes
"Saint-Constant is an attractive place for both young families and retirees seeking a country environment close to bustling urban centres. With its new, quality units, Faubourg Saint-Constant is meeting a genuine need. In fact, since most of the units are already rented, we're contemplating new projects in the short and medium terms."
Sylvain Grenon, Gestion Beau Toit inc.
"The rental residential market has picked up significantly in several Québec municipalities. Tenants, especially pre-retirement and retired baby boomers, like the idea of condo living, including indoor parking and building security, but without the obligations. We're proud of our partnership with Gestion Beau Toit, which besides offering a top-notch product, has helped create quality jobs."
Normand Bélanger, President and CEO, Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ
"We're proud of this residential development. With an expanded service offer for our citizens and major projects in the pipeline for 2018 and 2019, there's no question that this multiresidential complex will meet Saint-Constant's rapidly growing demand."
Jean-Claude Boyer, Mayor
