Foreign Service Officers rally in advance of a return to negotiations with Treasury Board Secretariat

Who:Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO),Canada's union for non-executive diplomats.

What: PAFSO is holding a membership rally and picket in advance of a return to negotiations with the Treasury Board Secretariat

Where: Outside 125 Sussex Drive (Lester B. Pearson Building)

When: Friday, May 31, 2013 - 12:00 - 13:00

Why: PAFSO has accepted the Treasury Board Secretariat's offer to resume contract negotiations on Monday, June 3. In advance of the talks, the Association's members will rally to underline our collective resolve and unity in pursuing a fair and equitable settlement which addressed current wage gaps between the Foreign Service and other federal government professionals who perform the same work.
