MONTREAL, June 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Forest Gate Energy Inc. reports the resignation of Jean Mayer as a director of the company.
Furthermore, Forest Gate announces the appointment today of Mr. Robert Kramberger as director of the corporation in replacement of Mr. Jean Mayer. Robert Kramberger is Forest Gate's Vice-President, Investor Relations.
Michael Judson, Forest Gate's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Ed Ierfino remain on the corporation's board of directors.
