Former Leaders of Mexico and Peru Among New Additions to Conference of

MONTREAL, May 27 /CNW Telbec/ - As the 16th edition of the Conference of Montreal fast approaches, organizers are pleased to announce the recent addition of several prominent new panelists to its roster.
Highlights include Vicente Fox, former President of Mexico, who will participate in the Conference's International Trade and the Americas-themed luncheon session on Wednesday, June 9 at 12noon. Mr. Fox's address is expected to focus on a social agenda for Latin America, and will draw on his over two decades of political experience in the region to provide insight on current social, economic, and governmental issues.
President Fox will be joined at the Conference by Alejandro Toledo, President of Peru from 2001 to 2006, who will participate in sessions on Tuesday (9:00am) and Wednesday (10:30am) themed "A Green Economy and New Models of Growth" and "The World Economy After the Crisis," respectively. President Toledo is currently heading the Global Center for Development and Democracy, which is based in Latin America, the United States, and the European Union.
