At the annual meeting the shareholders of the Company elected Robin Goad, George Doumet, David Knight, William Breukelman, James Excell, Carl Clouter, James Currie, Shou Wu (Grant) Chen and Mahendra Naik as directors of the Company and appointed Ernst & Young LLP to serve as auditors of the Company and authorized the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors
