Due to an administrative error related to regulatory obligations, the AGM has been postponed to September 21^st 2012 and will take place at the same location: Meridian Versailles Hôtel situated at 1808, Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal Québec, H3H 1E5, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
