Fresh ideas for local businesses at the BC Foodservice Expo 2011
VANCOUVER, Nov. 29 /CNW/ - Restaurant and hospitality operators will be inspired by a host of fresh ideas to grow, manage and promote their businesses at Western Canada's largest hospitality trade show--the BC Foodservice Expo, January 30-31, 2011, at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
In addition to over 300 exhibit booths, the 2011 BC Foodservice Expo will feature presentations by celebrated Canadian chefs Marc Thuet (chef/owner of Petite Thuet restaurants and host of Conviction Kitchen) and Martin Picard (chef/owner of Au Pied de Cochon and host of The Wild Chef).
