Frontier Networks Inc. by way of 2104587 Ontario Inc. has acquired 10.4% of Radiant Common Shares

TORONTO, May 9, 2013 /CNW/ - Frontier Networks Inc., (Frontier) a leading Canadian provider of network communication solutions, announced today that it has acquired 1,576,600 common shares in Radiant Communications Inc. (the "Company").  The shares held represent approximately 10.42% of the common shares currently outstanding. These shares are held in 2104587 Ontario Inc.

According to Luigi Calabrese, President of Frontier, these shares have been acquired to support our previously announced transaction regarding Radiant Communications Inc. And we reserve the right to increase or decrease our holdings at any time.
