Microcontrollers, FRAMs, Power Management ICs and Graphics Controllers at Booth B5
At booth B5, Fujitsu will demonstrate its leading-edge FRAM memory technology, which combines the benefits of conventional non-volatile memories and RAM. Attendees will see demonstrations of Fujitsu's FM3 family of 32-bit MCUs featuring the ARM® Cortex-M3™ CPU, as well as learn more about the company's robust and flexible 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit MCUs.
Also on display will be a full set of power management ICs that are designed for a broad range of consumer electronic applications, including a demo of a new LED driver IC. A final highlight will be demos featuring Fujitsu's industry-leading, single-chip graphics display controllers (GDCs). Fujitsu's GDCs are ideal for displaying content on small-form-factor, high-resolution LCDs for automotive, handheld and computer applications.
