Funds Managed by Libra Advisors, LLC Acquire Common Shares of Sandstorm
Resources Ltd. for Investment Purposes

TORONTO, Nov. 30 /CNW/ - Libra Advisors, LLC ("Libra") announced today that Libra Fund II (Luxembourg) S.àr.l. acquired 2,251,000 common shares of Sandstorm Resources Ltd. ("Sandstorm") at a price of $0.65 per common share.

As a result of this acquisition and together with previously held securities of Sandstorm, Libra Fund, L.P., Libra Offshore Master Fund, L.P. and Libra Fund II (Luxembourg) S.àr.l. (collectively, the "Funds") now hold 26,203,600 common shares representing approximately 8.2% of the total outstanding common shares of Sandstorm, and 6,925,750 warrants that, if exercised, would together represent approximately 10.2% of the total outstanding common shares of Sandstorm.

The Funds acquired the common shares for investment purposes and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of Sandstorm or dispose of such securities as they may deem appropriate.
