Gamma-Dynacare named one of Greater Toronto's Top Employers for seventh consecutive year

BRAMPTON, ON, Dec. 9, 2014 /CNW/ - Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories has been named, for the seventh consecutive year, as one of Greater Toronto's Top Employers by Mediacorp Canada, Inc.

Held annually, the Greater Toronto's Top Employers competition is designed to highlight GTA employers who are leaders in their industries and who offer an outstanding workplace. The winners were selected from among the many workplaces who submitted an application to this year's national competition.  Employers were evaluated based on a number of factors, including work atmosphere and communication, benefits, training and skills development and community involvement.   

Gamma-Dynacare was recognized for encouraging employees to develop their skills through tuition subsidies and in-house and online training programs and for supporting the education of the children of its employees through a scholarship program.  The judges also noted that Gamma-Dynacare provides maternity and parental leave top-up benefits to employees and helps employees balance work and their personal lives through flexible work options.
