Garneau Inc. announces appointment of interim CFO

NISKU, AB, April 30 /CNW/ - Garneau Inc. ("Garneau") announces that effective April 30, 2010, Mr. Darcy Atkinson has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Garneau Inc. subject to approval by the NEX. Mr. Atkinson will assist in the implementation of the Board's and Special Committee's strategic process to optimize the liquidation of Garneau's assets and any ongoing Corporate financial matters.
