Gateway Casinos & Entertainment announces the appointment of new Ontario management team

BURNABY, BC, July 16, 2014 /CNW/ - Gateway Casinos & Entertainment (Gateway) announces the appointment of Keith Andrews and Terry Black as the senior management team for the newly formed Gateway Ontario operations and will oversee the company's future expansion in Ontario.

Both Mr. Andrews and Mr. Black each have over 20 years experience in the gaming business.

Keith Andrews has assumed the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director and will be responsible for all operations in Ontario.  Prior to joining Gateway, Keith was a Principal with The Winterton Group, a consultancy practice with a focus on gaming and non-gaming clients. In addition he served as a the senior executive with Windsor Casino Limited (Caesars Windsor) for 16 years as well as the Government of Ontario as a policy advisor when it was establishing casino gaming in the province in 1994.

Terry Black has taken on the position of Vice President of Finance and will be working closely with Keith to manage this new division as it grows. Terry joins Gateway from Paragon Gaming where he served as the Vice President Finance in Las Vegas and Vancouver.  Prior to this, Terry was Chief Financial Officer for Windsor Casino Limited (Caesars Windsor).

With continued growth across British Columbia and Alberta, and a new presence in Ontario Gateway Casinos and Entertainment continues to expand to better serve customers across Canada.
