Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited files amended and restated preliminary prospectus

BURNABY, BC, June 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited ("Gateway") today filed an amended and restated preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with a proposed initial public offering of common shares by Gateway and certain selling shareholders.

The offering is being made through a syndicate of underwriters managed by TD Securities Inc., BMO Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities Canada Inc., and Scotia Capital Inc. as Joint Bookrunners, and including CIBC World Markets Inc., GMP Securities L.P., Goldman Sachs Canada Inc., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Morgan Stanley Canada Limited, Raymond James Ltd. and Canaccord Genuity Corp.
