Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Signs a 10-Year Extension of the Casino Operating Agreement for Cascades Casino Resort in Langley
LANGLEY, BC, July 6, 2015 /CNW/ - Gateway Casinos & Entertainment (Gateway) announces today that they have signed a 10 year extension option agreement with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) for the Cascades Casino Resort (Cascades) in Langley, BC. Under this agreement Gateway remains the casino operator of Cascades through to May 2025.
This extension of the Casino Operational Services Agreement (COSA) further demonstrates the commitment within Gateway to this property and the City of Langley. Gateway is planning more renovations and improvements that will be in addition to the $5.7 million spent in 2014 on multiple restaurants, a refreshed gaming floor, and theatre improvements to create a full-service entertainment destination in the heart of downtown Langley.

Gateway has been the operator of Cascades since it was built in 2005. The property features a Coast Hotel and Convention Centre, four restaurants and bars, a theatre, and a full complement of exciting slots and table games.
