General Donlee Income Fund announces increased investment in Drive Products
Income Fund

TORONTO , Sept. 21 /CNW/ - General Donlee Income Fund (TSX: GDI.UN) ("General Donlee") announced today that it has acquired 1,300 units of Drive Products Income Fund (TSX: DPI.UN) ("DPI") bringing its total holdings in DPI to 1,062,600 units representing approximately 15.42% of the total outstanding units of DPI.

The purchase of the DPI units by General Donlee was made through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange for investment purposes. General Donlee may, from time to time, take such actions in respect of its holdings as it may deem appropriate in light of the circumstances then existing, including the purchase of additional securities of DPI through open market purchases or privately negotiated transactions, or the sale of all or a portion of its holdings in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions to one or more purchasers.

General Donlee Income Fund is a trust established to hold the securities of General Donlee Limited, which is a leading diversified manufacturer of precision-machined products for the military, commercial and general aerospace industries and also is a specialist in the manufacture of precision-machined products for the industrial products and power generation industries.
