Genesis Announces 2013 Annual General Meeting

CALGARY, April 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Genesis Land Development Corp. (TSX: GDC) (the "Corporation" or "Genesis") announces that the Corporation will hold its 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. (Mountain Daylight Time).  The AGM will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Genesis Centre of Community Wellness, 7556 Falconridge Blvd. N.E., Calgary, Alberta  T3J 0C9.
