(TSX-GDC), ("Genesis" or the "Company"), announces that Mr. Kevin Reed and Mr. Keith Ferrel have both resigned as a director of the Company in accordance with their previously announced scheduled transition off the Board (see Genesis press release dated May 27, 2010) The Company wishes to thank Mr. Reed and Mr. Ferrel for their contributions to the Company and wish them success in their future endeavors.
