Genesis Reports Voting Results of Election of Directors

CALGARY, May 14, 2015­ /CNW/ - Genesis Land Development Corp. (TSX: GDC) (the "Corporation" or "Genesis") is pleased to report that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 14, 2015 that each of the nominees proposed by management as a director of the Company were elected as directors of the Company.

Shareholders also approved a resolution confirming the adoption of By-Law No. 3 of the Corporation which provides advance notice requirements for the nomination of directors of the Corporation, the full text of which was filed on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) on March 26, 2015.
